Dementia Conversations
Dementia Conversations is not a traditional dementia education program. Rather than teach about the changes that come with an Alzheimer's or dementia diagnosis, this program focuses on how family members and friends can have effective conversations with someone who either has Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, or shows signs of cognitive decline. The program provides strategies to discuss obtaining a diagnosis, driving, and legal and financial matters. This interactive workshop features videos of people with Alzheimer's disease and leading experts sharing tips on how to have these chats.
