What does it mean to put a price on a body? In this talk Professor of Religious Studies Jennifer Glancy, Ph.D., will address two very different markets — sales of enslaved persons as represented in early Christian writings and other ancient sources, and the contemporary trade in body parts and other human biomaterials.
