Humans of Le Moyne: Eric Burdge ’19

Eric Burdge ’19 left no stone unturned during his tenure at Le Moyne. Captain of the men’s swimming and diving team, co-chair of the 2018 National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference, president of the Le Moyne College Pre-Health Society, Manresa Fellow ... the list goes on. All this will serve him well as he pursues his medical degree at New York University’s Long Island School of Medicine. Eric hopes to become a family practitioner, and we know he will continue to serve his community as well as he has served here on the Heights.

“While at Le Moyne I was a student-athlete, started a club, participated in an international service trip, and ran a national conference all while maintaining healthy academic and social balance. The Le Moyne community provides mentorship and support for almost anything a student is willing to put his or her heart into.”

“Take risks, put yourself out there, and try new things! Even if you don't fall in love with something, the people you meet and the experiences you have along the way may impact you in ways that you would never imagine.”
