    Figure Out What You Want and Go After It

    Sarah Hetterich graduated in 2017, majoring in Marketing. She is a Marketing Specialist for Constellation Brands in Chicago. "After graduation, I took a position at Constellation Brands on the Lifestyle & Experiential marketing team. The L&E team is a growing asset to the greater marketing organization, allowing me to work across the entire portfolio of brands (beer, wine and spirits)"  She secured the position through an internship with Constellation Brands in 2015 on the Corporate Communications team in Victor, NY.  She want on to intern in the Chicago office on the L&E team (formerly Sponsorships & Activation) while finishing her graduate degree.

    She appreciates the connections she made and opportunities she had while at Le Moyne: "I love the connections I made with people at Le Moyne, both in and out of the classroom. My involvement in Heights Global Marketing during my senior year provided me with the hands-on experience I needed to solidify my career path in marketing. "

    When asked to share her advice with current students, she couldn't express enough the importance of being committed to achieving a personal goal. "Be proactive. Figure out what you want and go after it. Seek out opportunities that will help you get to where you want to be. Time is our most valuable currency and you all have time on your side."
