Following the Nov. 24 announcement about the grand jury's decision not to indict the officer involved with the shooting in Ferguson, Mo., several student clubs -- including Amnesty, Sociology, Bond, POWER and Alpha Sigma Nu -- led a campus-wide vigil in support of the people of Ferguson.
Approximately 50 students, faculty and administrators gathered outside of Grewen Hall to express their solidarity. Following a moment of silence, the group walked throughout the main academic complex before reconvening outside for prayer and reflection.

Three banners that were held during the vigil were signed by those in attendance; these will be hung on campus.
