SUMMARY:The 26th Annual John E. Russo Memorial Golf Outing
DESCRIPTION:Join friends of Le Moyne College and the Russo family on June 19 for a day of golf\, camaraderie\, and celebration at the 26th Annual John E. Russo Memorial Golf Outing. This beloved event brings together alumni\, friends\, and supporters to honor the life and legacy of John E. Russo while raising funds for student scholarships. \nJohn Russo had a deep passion for Le Moyne and the transformative power of a Jesuit education. In his honor\, this outing continues to support the Russo Family Scholarship\, helping future generations of students benefit from the same outstanding educational opportunities that meant so much to the Russo family. \nWhether you’ve joined us for many years or are participating for the first time\, we are grateful for your support. Together\, we can ensure that deserving students continue to have access to a Le Moyne education. Come enjoy a great day on the course while making a meaningful difference. \nIf you need assistance in registering for this event\, please call 315-445-4562.

SUMMARY:Roots\, Branches\, Leaves: Institutionalizing Vocational Discernment
DESCRIPTION:2027 NetVUE Gathering\nStand-alone vocational programs are valuable\, but they can seem to be disconnected islands-only having an impact on those who find them. However\, when programs become more integrated into an institution’s culture\, they can have a stronger and deeper impact on students.  Touchpoints are multiplied and messages are reinforced. Further\, institutionalizing vocational work builds community and enhances campus culture. Work on vocational discernment breaks down silos and brings people together from across campus constituencies. People discover deeper dimensions of their work and see themselves as engaged in a common project with colleagues from across the institution. Whatever our specific jobs\, we are all participating in helping students discover their callings and purposes. \nIn this conference\, we will share the story of The Manresa Program\, Le Moyne College’s vocational discernment program\, as a model to help participants to explore ways they could further institutionalize their own vocational discernment efforts. \nWhether your institution is just beginning to build a vocational discernment program or has a well-developed and multi-faceted initiative\, participants will leave this gathering with concrete ideas and proven strategies that can deepen and strengthen their work with undergraduate students. \nWhile we encourage attendance from individual participants\, this gathering is also ideal for institutional teams seeking to develop strategies for extending their vocational programs.
