True transformation doesn’t happen in isolation; it requires bridging diverse perspectives\, aligning distinct professional cultures\, and harnessing cross-disciplinary expertise to solve high-stakes challenges. Jeremy Welsh\, Ph.D.\, will explore what it takes to build and lead high-performing teams that can navigate rapid change. Drawing on real-world executive experience across healthcare\, higher education and complex institutional governance\, Dr. Welsh will examine how adaptive leadership\, mutual trust and interdisciplinary collaboration turn organizational disruption into sustained momentum.  \n\nA Syracuse native\, Dr. Welsh serves as vice president and chief innovation officer at the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education.
