The Madden College of Business and Economics was full of energy as we celebrated the dedication of the Lynn K. Madden Professorship for Leadership and Human Resource Management.

The Fall 2025 Madden Lecture featured a panel discussion: “Empowering an Organization’s Greatest Asset: People. The Art and Science of Human Resources”  led by five graduates sharing how they are empowering people, shaping organizational culture, and redefining what it means to lead in today’s world.

We gathered to celebrate those who have reached milestones with their loyal service and outstanding dedication to the College at Fall Convocation. English Professor David Lloyd, Ph.D. received the Loyola Award for 40 years of service and 10 were honored with Bene Merenti awards for 20 years of service. During the event, KL Lane received the Ignatian Mission Award and Maria Jackson received the Magis Award.
