Talk on “From Surviving to Thriving”
On Thursday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. in the Reilley Room, Jaime Weisberg, owner and practitioner of Northbound Coaching, will lead an interactive and practical session focused on how we can shift from the mindset of surviving to thriving.
From Surviving to Thriving: The Science of Well-Being and Strengths will show participants how to build a more energized, meaningful, and fulfilling life using insights from positive psychology. Participants will discover simple, science-backed strategies to elevate both their personal and professional life. They will also get to shift your focus from what’s “wrong” to what’s “strong” by taking the free VIA Survey to discover their unique character strengths. Research shows that people who understand and use their strengths experience less stress, higher performance, and more happiness. RSVP for the event here.
