As part of YANA Week (You Are Not Alone) if you are looking to unwind, plan to attend Pillars of Wellness, A reflective and interactive dialogue designed to help students and staff explore the four key areas of wellness: Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual. Participants will identify which pillars feel supported and where additional care or resources may be needed, encouraging self-awareness, balance, and help-seeking behaviors. Open to students, staff, and faculty.
