Education Department to Host RELEASE Event

All members of the campus community are invited to attend Le Moyne College’s inaugural RELEASE ceremony: Recognizing Emerging Leaders Entering Assigned Supported Experiences. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. in Grewen Auditorium.

This event will celebrate student teachers as they prepare to begin their student teaching experience and will also include the induction of new members into Kappa Delta Pi, the international honor society in education. Following the induction, there will be a formal “pinning” of student teachers with their professional name badges and the much-anticipated reveal of their student teaching placements. Approximately 75 master teachers, supervisors and instructors are expected to attend.
