Phins Share Meals – Meal Swipe Donations
Phins Share Meals is a campus initiative that helps ensure no Dolphin goes hungry. Through this program, students can donate unused meal swipes to support peers facing food insecurity. Donated meals are discreetly redistributed to students in need, fostering a community rooted in care, dignity, and shared responsibility living out Le Moyne’s commitment to supporting the whole person.

a core-focused workout that strengthens the deep muscles of the abdomen, back, and hips while improving posture and control. Classes use precise movements, often with mats or equipment, to build strength, stability, and mobility.

A 30-minute spin class is a high-energy, indoor cycling workout that combines cardio intervals, hill climbs, and sprints. Participants pedal to motivating music, adjusting resistance to build endurance, strength, and calorie burn.
