    An Evening of Spanish Poetry: Aguado and Vilas

    Join us for an evening with award-winning Spanish poets Jesús Aguado and Manuel Vilas as they read from and discuss their work.

    Aguado is the author of El fugitivo. Poesía reunida: 1984-2010, Sueños para Ada and Carta al padre, among other works. He has lived in India and is also the author of several translations of Indian poetry.

    Vilas writes novels, short stories, poetry and nonfiction. He won the prestigious poetry “Generación del 27” award with El hundimiento (2015). His most recent nonfiction book is América and his last novel is Lou Reed era español.

    Free and open to the public.
