    Madden Lecture: Creating a Diverse and Inclusive Environment: Doing Well By Doing Good

Kevin Walling ’87 will lead a panel discussion about how the iconic company uses the ideal of “doing well by doing good” to nurture a culture of performance, development and inclusiveness. A proud Le Moyne alumnus, Walling is the company’s senior vice president and chief human resource officer.
