Conversation About Aging Well
Aging today is a complex journey - invest in your family's future and well being by preparing now. Join CARE and the Syracuse Jewish Family Service (SJFS) for “Planning to Flourish: Lunchtime Conversations About Aging Well,” which will take place on Tuesday, March 5 at 11:30 a.m. in the Bernat Special Events Room in the library.
Among the topics that will be covered are: How can I find (and pay for) reliable in-home help, transportation, and more? My parents are still really independent, but they're not getting ready for later - what should they, and I, be doing now to prepare? How do I know if this new symptom is something to worry about?
Bring all your questions for our expert geriatric care manager who will provide direction for next steps: new understanding, information, strategies and resources. This event is free of charge but limited to the first 25 people to register. Please call CARE at 315-445-5445 or
fill out this google form to register. Bring your lunch and your questions.
