With over two decades of dedicated service at Le Moyne College, Sheila Faulkner is a cornerstone of the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. Since joining the program in 2000, she has played an essential role in its growth and continued excellence, currently serving as Data Analyst and Contract Administrator. Her work supports nearly every aspect of the department—including certification, accreditation, admissions, and clinical coordination—ensuring that faculty, students, and administrators have the systems, data, and contracts needed for seamless operations.

Sheila’s role combines deep technical expertise with strategic collaboration. She has designed and maintained sophisticated reporting systems for ARC-PA accreditation and annual self-studies, led data analysis to monitor and enhance student performance, and clinical sites. Her contributions are central to institutional compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement—and ultimately enrich the educational experience of every PA student.

In addition to her data-focused responsibilities, Sheila manages clinical year contracts and played a key role in developing the infrastructure used to schedule clinical rotations. Her work spans technical system architecture, and end-user training. She also plays a vital role in the admissions process, partnering with the Program Director and Admissions Committee to manage applicant data and coordinate interview events. Her leadership in project management and cross-functional communication makes her a trusted liaison between administration, faculty, and external partners.

Before joining Le Moyne, Sheila founded and operated Quality Foods of Syracuse, Inc., a home delivery service and co-op buying program that served schools, sports teams, and businesses across Central New York. As owner, she managed all facets of the business—purchasing, payroll, marketing, and customer service—successfully growing it into a respected, community-driven enterprise.

Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years with New York Telephone, holding roles in residential customer service and repair coordination. Her responsibilities spanned sales, billing, collections, technical service coordination, and the preparation of management reports. She also served as a full-charge bookkeeper for Greystone Executive Training Center, where she led accounting operations and oversaw key software transitions.

Outside of her professional life, Sheila is an avid outdoors enthusiast with a deep appreciation for the Adirondacks. Together with her husband Bob, she co-manages a self-storage business and a honey production and bee removal venture—just two of their many entrepreneurial pursuits. She is also a proud mother of three adult children, each thriving in their own professional paths.
