Since the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been an increased focus on wellness and self-care.
Feminist scholars have embraced the need for such care, including poet and artist Tricia Hersey, the founder of Nap Ministry. In this symposium, a panel of transnational and Black feminist scholars will grapple with some of the approaches used to explore care work and wellness studies. They will dive into the question: Who is wellness for?
