In the next chapter of the College’s collaboration with Meier’s Creek Brewing Company, the launch of Phins Phizz, a limited-edition custom seltzer, will take place on Thursday, Aug. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Meier’s Creek inner harbor location in Syracuse. (Register for the launch event here.) The lime-lemon flavored seltzer is a refreshing nod to the College’s signature green and gold colors and embodies the creativity and spirit of Le Moyne.

Like the previous offerings created through the collaboration – Dolphy Day IPA and Heights Honey Ale -students from Heights Global Marketing played a key role in bringing the product to life, including conducting market research, testing flavor profiles and developing the product name and label design. This hands-on experience reflects Le Moyne’s commitment to real-world learning and student-driven innovation.

As part of the partnership, 20% of all Phins Phizz sales will directly support student wellness initiatives at Le Moyne. The seltzer will be available at both Meier’s Creek Brewing Company’s locations, in Cazenovia and the inner harbor.
