July Highlights

Campus may seem quiet at the moment, but it won’t be long until it’s filled with our students.

Move In Day has changed over the years but the help of the OC will always be a constant! From the 1989 Black Robe: “Every college student recalls his or her first day of college and the overwhelming anxiety of being submersed in a completely unfamiliar environment. Well, here at Le Moyne there is a group of energetic upperclassmen dedicated to easing the worries of moving in and who help welcome incoming students: the Orientation Committee. Although they may seem overwhelming in their tie-dyed shirts as they yell, cheer and empty student’s vehicles, the OC is always out to help and create an everlasting impression for students on their first day at Le Moyne.”

Young minds hard at work at the ERIE 21 Quantitative Thinking Village summer programs on campus

Men’s basketball spent some time helping out at The Samaritan Center this week, making a difference in our community and living our mission.

Our HEOP/AHANA students are settling right in to their new home on The Heights.

Statue of St. Ignatius

We wrapped up July with the celebration of Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, sharing our pride in being a part of a centuries-old tradition of Jesuit education.

The Wiese family has bee selected as the 2024 Founders’ Day Gala Honorees

Our dolphins commemorating Jeanette Epps ’92, Ph.D., mission aboard the International Space Station, continue to make a splash around campus
