Welcome to the Le Moyne Leadership Academy
Are you a high school senior who has received a Heights Award?
The Le Moyne Leadership Academy is a selective academy for high school students entering their senior year, who have received a Le Moyne Heights Award and have demonstrated leadership potential.
About the Program
The Le Moyne Leadership Academy is an invitation-only one-day program where you’ll be introduced to leadership theory. But most importantly, you will have the chance to explore your leadership identity as you get ready to go to college. This year’s program dates will be announced soon.
Why Attend?
The Le Moyne Leadership Academy provides you with a a deeper understanding of how you can impact positive change in your community and your schools. You’ll also build a network of relationships with your peers while learning from experienced leaders.
How Can I Get Involved?
You’ll be selected from Heights Award Recipients based on your contributions in leadership and service to your school community or the community at large.
What is the Le Moyne College Heights Award?
The Le Moyne College Heights Award recognizes high school juniors who are “Reaching for the Heights” in the classroom and in leadership and service to their school and community. Recipients are awarded a Certificate of Recognition and a scholarship totaling $17,000 per year to attend Le Moyne College.

The deadline for staff at participating schools to nominate students is at least two weeks prior to your Award Ceremony. Two nominations are allowed per school. Following review by our committee, we will provide schools with a Certificate of Recognition to be used at your Awards Night Ceremony.
