Le Moyne College requires an official transcript showing proof of an earned bachelors degree to be on file prior to enrollment.
If you received your bachelor's degree during the application process, be sure to submit an official final transcript showing your earned bachelor's degree.
If you submitted unofficial documents for the admission process, you will need to produce official documents before classes start.

Accessing Your College Email Account
Students entering the College as graduate students in spring 2024 semester (January) will be provided instructions to create their email accounts shortly after November 1.
Students entering the College as graduate students in summer or fall 2024 semesters will be provided instructions to create their email accounts shortly after April 1.
At this time, you will receive a message from the IT department to the email account you used on your admission application. This email will include your student ID and temporary password with instructions for activating this important login information.

Securing a Student ID Card
Students can now request their ID Cards through Echo. You will need to wait until you have your Le Moyne email credentials from IT to access Echo (see above). Instructions to request your ID card can be found here.
Once your request is submitted in Echo, Campus Life will send you an approval and verification that your ID is ready for pickup via email. ID Cards are helpful in accessing library services/databases and students are highly encouraged to request one for their needs.
New students to Le Moyne are required by the college and New York State Public Health Law to provide proof of specific immunizations. The required forms attached to your program link below must be completed and uploaded to enroll at the College. Students who do not submit this paperwork will incur a $2,000 fine and risk being de-enrolled in their program.

Madden College of Business & Economics (MBA or MSIS), Arts Administration, Education and EdD in Executive Leadership students should complete the forms found here and upload them to the Le Moyne Patient Portal* by January 1, 2024 (Spring Enrollment) and May 1, 2024 (Summer and Fall Enrollment).
Occupational Therapy students should complete the forms found here to the Le Moyne Patient Portal* by May 1, 2024.
Please note that MSOT students must also submit additional documentation for the department which can be referenced here.
Physician Assistant students should complete the forms found here to the Le Moyne Patient Portal* by July 1, 2024.

Please note that FNP & DNP students must also submit additional documentation for clinical rotations the semester prior to the first clinical course which can be referenced here. Instructions and more information on these requirement will be provided at orientation.
*The Le Moyne College Patient Portal is an online tool for students to upload their required health documents. Your login for the Patient Portal is the same username/password as your College email. Questions on the portal can be directly to the Wellness Center for Health and Counseling at Le Moyne: 315-445-4440
Your academic department will reach out to you directly to provide academic advising and course registration details. Be sure to review and respond promptly to any messages from your department. We recommend that you make a habit of checking your College email daily to avoid any delays.
Le Moyne College participates in federal student aid at the graduate level. Students who would like to consult with a Financial Aid Officer regarding their ability to secure student aid through FAFSA should contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Many graduate students also look to take advantage of the college payment plan. This is for students who want to pay for their tuition over the course of a semester. To learn more about our payment plan options, please visit or contact the Office of the Bursar.
Students can view and pay their bill online through Phinfo.
You will be able to access Phinfo once your student accounts are established.
Certain graduate programs require an orientation. If your program is not listed, an orientation is not required. Please continue to check your college email address for communication from your department about important enrollment details.
Occupational Therapy: Required online orientation to be held before the start of classes. More information will be available in March/April and will be sent to your college email address.
Physician Assistant Studies: Required online orientation to be held before the start of classes. More information will be sent to your college email address.
Nursing (FNP and Nursing Education): Required orientation to be held on the first day of classes. More information will be available soon, and will be sent to your college email address.
Arts Administration: Required orientation to be held for new students each fall semester. More information will be available soon, and will be sent to your college email address.
Located in the Le Moyne Plaza adjacent to campus, the bookstore is operated by Barnes & Noble College Booksellers. Books and merchandise can be purchased online at the bookstore website.

All students bringing a vehicle to campus (resident, commuter, part-time and graduate students) must register their vehicles. Parking permits are required for all vehicles that will be parked on Le Moyne's property and operated by students.
**Students in the MS Occupational Therapy Program should not request a parking permit at this time as they will be provided unique instructions for the downtown campus lot. Please await specific instructions on this process.
Parking permits can be obtained online at the Campus Security website. Students should have their vehicle registration, student ID# and credit card available when registering online to ensure accurate information.
