Le Moyne College requires an official transcript showing proof of an earned bachelors degree to be on file prior to enrollment.
If you received your bachelor's degree during the application process, be sure to submit an official final transcript showing your earned bachelor's degree.
If you submitted unofficial documents for the admission process, you will need to produce official documents before classes start.
If you earned your bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College, we will acquire the transcript for you.

Approximately 72 hours after you have completed the reply form accepting your offer of admission, you will hear from the IT Service Desk at the email address supplied on your application for admission. This email will include your student ID and temporary password with instructions for activating this important login information.
If you previously had a Le Moyne account and you no longer have access or have forgotten the password, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@lemoyne.edu or at (315) 445-4579.
Once your login information is established, you can secure a Student ID card. Student IDs are issued from the Office of Campus Life located on the second level of the Campus Center (click here for a map).
Due to impacts from COVID-19, this office is currently working remotely. Students can now request their Student ID using this form. Upon completing this form you will be mailed a ID Card for your use. ID Cards are helpful in accessing library services/databases and students are highly encouraged to request one for their needs.
New students to Le Moyne are required by the college and New York State Public Health Law to provide proof of specific immunizations. The required forms must be completed to enroll at the College. Students who do not submit this paperwork will incur a fine and risk being de-enrolled in their program.
Madden School of Business (MBA, MTAX or MSIS), Arts Administration and Education students should complete the forms found here.
Occupational Therapy students should complete the forms found here by May 1st.
Please note that MSOT students must also submit additional documentation for the department which can be referenced here.
Physician Assistant students should complete the forms found here by July 1st.
Nursing students must complete the health clearance process through Castle Branch. Detailed requirements and instructions on how to complete these requirements will be sent to your college email address.
You will be contacted directly by your academic department to complete your course registration. Please ensure you address any phone or email communications from the college promptly to avoid delays in your registration.
Le Moyne College participates in federal student aid at the graduate level. Students who would like to consult with a Financial Aid Officer regarding their ability to secure student aid through FAFSA should contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Many graduate students also look to take advantage of the college payment plan. This program, facilitated by Cashnet, is for students who want to pay for their tuition over the course of a semester. To learn more about our payment plan options, please visit or contact the Office of the Bursar.
Students can view and pay their bill online through Phinfo.
You will be able to access Phinfo once your student accounts are established.
Certain graduate programs require an orientation. If your program is not listed, an orientation is not required. Please continue to check your college email address for communication from your department about important enrollment details.
Occupational Therapy: Required online orientation to be held before the start of classes. More information will be available in March/April and will be sent to your college email address.
Physician Assistant Studies: Required online orientation to be held before the start of classes. More information will be sent to your college email address.
Nursing (FNP and Nursing Education): Required orientation to be held on the first day of classes. More information will be available soon, and will be sent to your college email address.
Arts Administration: Required orientation to be held for new students each fall semester.More information will be available soon, and will be sent to your college email address.

Located in the Le Moyne Plaza adjacent to campus, the bookstore is operated by Barnes & Noble College Booksellers. Books and merchandise can be purchased online at the bookstore website.
At this website, you can search for your class materials as course information becomes available to determine your textbook needs.
All students bringing a vehicle to campus (resident, commuter, part-time and graduate students) must register their vehicles. Parking permits are required for all vehicles that will be parked on Le Moyne's property and operated by students.
Parking permits can be obtained online at the Campus Security website. Students should have their vehicle registration, student ID# and credit card available when registering online to ensure accurate information.
