Welcome to the Heights!

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you make your decision about Le Moyne.

Consider Funding for Managing Costs

File your FAFSA (domestic students only) online using Le Moyne’s code: 002748. Notification of financial aid awards will be mailed to your home. Explore graduate funding opportunities at Le Moyne per program. If you are looking to take advantage of the college payment plan, contact the Office of the Bursar.

Visit Campus or Follow Up With Admissions

Consider visiting campus again as you make your final decision. Follow up with the Office of Graduate Admission at 315-445-4300 if you have any additional questions.

Final Tips Before You Begin Classes:

  1. Setup your @lemoyne.edu email and student accounts. For students beginning their studies in the summer or fall, you will receive instructions to set up your college email account starting in April. Be sure you create that login as soon as you are able as we will only communicate with your College account once that is activated. If you previously studied at Le Moyne and have an old @lemoyne.edu email, you may need to contact the IT Service Desk in April to reactivate it. Please email servicedesk@lemoyne.edu for any assistance.
  2. Pay your bill. You can view and pay your bill online through Phinfo. Please contact the Bursar‘s Office with questions about payment plans, charges and due dates.
  3. Register for classes. You’ll hear directly from your program of study about when you should register for classes and what you’ll need to take. It’s important that you check your Le Moyne College email regularly so you don’t miss these reminders.
  4. Purchase materials for your classes. You can search for your class materials on the Barnes & Noble bookstore site to make sure you have everything you need for class. Many professors will list materials in the weeks leading up to the semester. Some instructors may prefer to review those materials on the first day of class. If you are unsure, please email your department or individual professor for guidance.
  5. Complete mandatory health forms. Le Moyne and NYS Public Health Law requires you to complete the College’s health report and supply it in the Dolphin Health Portal. You will need your @lemoyne.edu credentials to access the portal.
  6. Purchase a Parking Permit* online at the Campus Security website. You will need to have your vehicle registration, student ID# and credit card available when registering online to ensure accurate information.
  7. Attend the Graduate Student Summit. All new graduate students will participate in a orientation program. Please watch for more details in the spring including dates, times and program-specific requirements. The summit includes an opportunity to take care of last-minute enrollment requirements including securing your student ID card.

*If you are enrolled in the M.S. Occupational Therapy or Ed.D. Executive Leadership programs, you should not request a permit at this time as you will be provided unique instructions for your programs. Please await more details from the department.
