The requirements for admission to graduate programs in the Madden School of Business (MBA and MSIS) are listed below. There is no fee to apply and we encourage applications from students with diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

Official transcripts from all previous colleges will be required for admission. Transcripts showing proof of an earned bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university must be submitted by the time of enrollment. Two recommendations are required. Recommendations must be from professionals and/or academic advisors who can attest to your ability to be successful in a graduate program. When completing your application, you will identify your references and they will receive an email link to complete your recommendation.
The application will prompt you to upload your Resume or C.V. Please include relevant work experience, examples of professional achievement or other information that might be used to assess your personal qualities and your ability to successfully complete graduate level work.
The application will prompt you to submit a response to the following: Please write a brief essay stating, as specifically as possible, your educational and career goals. Indicate what you plan to accomplish by enrolling in your graduate program of choice.
The Madden School of Business at Le Moyne does not require GRE/GMAT test scores for initial admission consideration. We prefer to have a holistic review process that focuses on a candidate's leadership abilities, professionalism, career potential, and academic readiness and motivation. Candidates who have either a 3.0 GPA or above, or at least 5 years of relevant full-time work experience are not required to submit GRE/GMAT test scores. If you have below a 3.0 GPA and/or have limited work experience, the Office of Graduate Admission will assess your application on a holistic basis, and may request GRE/GMAT test scores based on that assessment. If you are required to submit an exam score for consideration, official test scores must be submitted by the testing agency directly to Le Moyne College. Students who are determined to be eligible for admission may be asked to meet with faculty from their respective program. This allows us time to answer questions you may have, identify any potential for transfer coursework, and build a foundation for your future success in and beyond the Madden School of Business. If this meeting is required, the Office of Graduate Admission will contact you to schedule a call.
If admitted to the program, you will be required to accept your admission decision. There is no financial deposit for this program. Upon accepting your admission decision, you will be registered for coursework and provided with "next steps" for your enrollment.
Evaluated Transcripts
In addition to the items above, international applicants must have a course-by-course transcript evaluation completed by one of the member organizations of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). Please visit NACES.org for a list of those participating organizations. Note that each organization will have its own instructions on how to submit required documents for evaluation. The evaluation must also show that a bachelor's degree equivalent to one in the United States has been earned.
TOEFL, Duolingo, or IELTS Score Reports
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Duolingo, or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score report is required of non-native English speaking applicants. The following minimum scores are required: TOEFL: 79 Duolingo: 105 IELTS: 6.5

Certificate of Finance (Upon Acceptance)
In order to qualify for the Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20) for an F-1 student visa, students must be admitted into the program full time and provide proof of sufficient funding for at least the first year of graduate study. This form can be completed upon admission to the graduate program. Upon receiving your offer of admission, you will be directed to complete the Le Moyne College Certificate of Finance. Students are also welcome to supply this completed form in their admission application if they wish.
