Campus Ministry organizes both domestic and international service immersion trips where we intentionally place participants in direct contact with the poor and marginalized for extended exposure experiences. We hope that participants will learn the value of building relationships across socio-economic lines, increase their awareness of the injustices in the world and connect to the ways that they are being called to build up our human family—with a special concern for those most disadvantaged. Our program incorporates the four cornerstone values of simplicity, spirituality, social justice and solidarity.
Some examples of recent trips are:
- Philadelphia, PA: St. Francis Inn
Albuquerque, NM: Desert Immersion
- Mandeville, Jamaica: Diocese of Mandeville
- Quito, Ecuador: Working Family’s Center
- San Salvador, El Salvador: CRISPAZ
