The philosophy and computer science program at Le Moyne will prepare you to navigate the digital landscape today – and tomorrow. You’ll examine the theory, power and impact of high-tech tools – machine learning, artificial intelligence and more. You’ll consider digital technology ethics in business, science, healthcare, government and society.

Le Moyne offers two degree pathway programs where you earn an undergraduate degree in a related major like biology, and then go on to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) at University of Scranton or SUNY Upstate Medical University. Through these partnerships, you’ll enjoy the rewards of a meaningful calling as a human for others and achieve a doctoral degree at an accelerated pace.

Accelerate your journey toward becoming a PA through our 3+2 direct-entry pathway. You can earn your bachelor’s degree in biology in three years and continue into our graduate PA program.

As an undergraduate physics major at Le Moyne, you’ll study the fundamental principles of nature. You’ll explore theory, quantum mechanics, computational techniques and relativity and test experiments in our high-tech labs.

As an undergraduate political science major at Le Moyne, you’ll choose a concentration in public service, international relations/comparative politics, pre-law, education/teacher certification or general studies. You’ll think deeply about citizenship and democracy and debate important issues. You’ll discover how to put your knowledge into action to drive change.

Le Moyne’s Health Professions Advisory Committee (HPAC) is here to support you as you begin to pursue careers as physicians, dentists, pharmacists, optometrists, podiatrists, veterinarians, or allied health care providers like physician assistants, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

In the pre-law undergraduate program at Le Moyne, you will receive one-on-one guidance from a knowledgeable faculty advisor who is a licensed, practicing New York State trial attorney with years of teaching and pre-law experience.

If you’re curious about what makes people behave the way they do, psychology may be a good fit for you. An undergraduate degree in psychology is the foundation for many careers that require a deep understanding of human behavior.

In pursuing a race in American society minor, you’ll examine the role that race plays in contemporary society, the far-reaching impact of racism, and the social systems and privileges that perpetuate it. You’ll discover how to break down barriers, propel ideas into action and drive real change.

By pursuing an undergraduate degree in religious studies at Le Moyne, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of life. You’ll discover the ways in which religion is woven into the history of humankind, belief, culture and the world in which we live today.
