Screening of Parasite
All members of the campus community are invited to a screening of Parasite (Bong Joon Ho, 2019), Academy Award winner for best picture. The screening will take place on Sunday, April 19 at 4 p.m. in Reilly Hall 244 and is part of the Film Program's Screening Series for spring 2026 semester.

A 30-minute spin class is a high-energy, indoor cycling workout that combines cardio intervals, hill climbs, and sprints. Participants pedal to motivating music, adjusting resistance to build endurance, strength, and calorie burn.

a slower, accessible practice emphasizing comfort, ease, and range of motion. It uses simple postures and smooth transitions to reduce stiffness and support balance, relaxation, and joint health.
