HEOP
The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) at Le Moyne College is a special program designed to provide broad and varied educational experiences to capable students who, due to academic underpreparation and limited financial resources, might otherwise not have an opportunity to attend college. The program provides academic supportive services, counseling, and financial aid to enable them to successfully complete their program of study at Le Moyne.

MLK Scholarship
The MLK Scholarship Fund was established nearly 40 years ago to support our College’s efforts to recruit and retain outstanding students of diverse cultural backgrounds by helping to alleviate some of the financial pressures they face paying for their education. It provides small grants (typically around $1,000 per year) to supplement the financial aid given to selected students who attend Le Moyne. Donate to the fund.

AHANA
The AHANA (African-American, Hispanic, Asian, Native American) Program was established to enable Le Moyne to expand its enrollment of students of color.
The students admitted to this program fit the general profile of HEOP students:
- High-school average between 80 and 90, preferably Regents courses
- Four years of English
- A minimum of two years of mathematics
- One year of science
- Combined SAT scores between 750 and 1000
- Class rank in the upper two-thirds of the graduating class
Under normal circumstances, AHANA students would not be accepted through regular admission. In general these students have potential but can improve their chances of success with additional academic support. In addition, some of these students are not eligible for HEOP consideration because they are not residents of New York State.
