All job postings and positions must comply with our policies:
- Commission-only jobs may be posted but the compensation structure must be fully disclosed in the job description.
- All organizations, non-profit and for profit organizations, are requested to review and adhere to the U.S. Department of Labor’s fact sheet regarding intern compensation prior to posting, if the position in not in compliance, it will not be approved for posting.
- We will not approve any positions that require any up-front purchases to be made.
- Any childcare, tutoring, gardening or other domestic opportunities need to be emailed directly to email@example.com

On Campus Interviews
We host employers on campus year round and welcome you to our offices to interview our students! All Career Advising and Development On-Campus Interviews must begin no earlier than 9:00 a.m. and end no later than 4:00 p.m. We ask that you advise us of your requested/intended interview date at least three weeks in advance. Provided we have available space, no conflicting campus events and ample time to connect with students to schedule their interview attendance, we do accept last minute reservations. All On-Campus Interviews take place in the Career Advising and Development located in Reilly Hall, 342, 1419 Salt Springs Road, Syracuse, NY 13214. Information Sessions are a terrific venue to network, have students become familiar with your organization and obtain resumes from Le Moyne College students here on campus. We ask that should you wish to host an Information Session on campus, please advise us of your request at least three weeks in advance. Information Sessions must have the advance approval of the director. In addition, our office must have ordered the room and already been approved for the space, there can be no conflicting campus events and we must have ample time to market your session to the students. Career Advising and Development reserves the room, catering and any AV equipment required, provided ample advance notice. Catering needs are provided through Sodexo and employers are billed direct. There is no AV charge, although advance notice is required when reservation for space is requested. To request space for an Information Session, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Parking is available in the visitors section in front of Grewen Hall. If no parking is available in front of Grewen, please park in Lot C behind the Campus Center off of Springfield Road.
