RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship Banker III duties also include: fluently profiling customers to identify financial needs (across all product and service lines), managing an A/B customer portfolio, resolving service issues, adhering to the requirements of federal registration under the SAFE Act, and performing accurate and timely processing of teller transactions. The Relationship Banker III is also a Licensed Financial Representative (FINRA and Insurance licensed) OR a licensed Insurance Representative AND a Business Banking Specialist. Relationship Banker III's may be responsible for overall branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence. Identify financial needs and present all appropriate options, working cooperatively with appropriate business partners.
