    Film Screening: Sidewalk Stories

    Join us for a screening of Sidewalk Stories, a silent tragi-comic film from 1989 paying tribute to Charlie Chaplin but also retelling the story of The Little Tramp from the distinct perspectives of race and class. The film will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the filmmaker, Charles Lane.

    This event is sponsored by the Department of Communication and Film Studies and co-sponsored with the Gender and Women's Studies Program and the Cinemas and Conversations Series.
