The Rev. David Link, L.L.D., D.Lit., D.Sc., D.H.L., will discuss the rights and needs of people who are homeless and of those who are incarcerated.

Father Link is the Joseph A. Matson Dean Emeritus and Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, and President Emeritus of the University of Notre Dame Australia. He has a strong interest in world law and human rights. He was a co-founder of the South Bend Center for the Homeless and serves on the boards of Dismas House, the Miracle of Nazareth Foundation, Skyline Corporation, and World Dignity Inc.

Father Link is a teacher and scholar in the fields of professional ethics, university administration, rights of the disadvantaged, international taxation, and computers and the law. .
