    Madden Lecture: How Does A Purpose-Driven Leader Define Success?

    Wright Lassiter III ’85 leads a $7 billion health care enterprise headquartered in Detroit, Mich., Henry Ford Health System, as its president and CEO. Over a nearly 30-year career in the health care industry, Lassiter has had the good fortune of accomplishing much, and receiving many accolades, on behalf of the communities he has served. He will describe his corporate journey and share insights on how the foundation of a Jesuit education chiseled a servant leader who focuses as much on supporting and inspiring the team members in his company as he does on corporate results.
