Le Moyne College participates with ROTC through Syracuse University – Air Force and Army
Le Moyne College will offer a grant equal to the cost of Le Moyne College housing for each semester the student is receiving an ROTC scholarship covering full tuition. As the grant is for housing, Le Moyne will not award the grant for students commuting from home or otherwise not residing in Le Moyne College housing.
The student is responsible for the cost of their meal plan. The family is encouraged to complete a FAFSA and may use a federal Pell Grant (if eligible) and federal student loans towards the cost of their meals and other educational expenses.
A full tuition ROTC scholarship eliminates eligibility for ALL Le Moyne academic scholarships and Le Moyne grants with the exception of the housing grant.
Financial aid packages for students receiving partial ROTC scholarship (not covering full tuition) will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Students with partial ROTC scholarships remain eligible for academic scholarships if awarded, provided the total of the ROTC scholarship, academic scholarship and entitlement awards (Pell and NYS TAP) does not exceed the annual cost of education.
