    Talk on Recent Books by Egerton, Fought and Odhiambo from History Department

    Dr. Douglas Egerton, Dr. Leigh Fought and Dr. Godriver Odhiambo will discuss their most recent works, "Thunder at the Gates: The Black Civil War Regiments that Redeemed America," "Women in the World of Fredrick Douglass," and "The Political Climate of Sugar Production in Colonial Kenya", respectively. They will discuss how they researched to prepare to write their books, why the wanted to write the books and will take questions from the audience regarding their works and work methods.

    The event is free and is hosted by the Le Moyne College History Academy.
