Le Moyne College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. (267-284-5000) The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

The Nursing Program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE); the Teacher Education Programs are accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the Physician Assistant Studies Program is accredited by the Accreditation Review Commision for Physician Assistant Education(ARC-PA). The Madden School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). The Chemistry Department is approved by the American Chemical Society.

The Occupational Therapy Master's Program at Le Moyne College was granted candidacy status by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) in 2014. As a result of this action, the institution may admit students into the Occupational Therapy Master's Program according to the approved timeline (June 2015) and may proceed to the Initial Review step of the accreditation process. The Occupational Therapy Master's Program at Le Moyne College will be included on AOTA's list of programs that are holding Candidacy Status and are eligible to admit students. The program may now move to Step 2 of the Initial Accreditation Process (the Initial Review) and may begin work on the Self-Study that is due on or before December 1, 2015.
